Sometimes a complete turnaround is just what we need.  Back in 1997, I lost over 50 pounds and went from aerobics flunkie to aerobics junkie!  It's been one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life.  Now that was a REVOLUTION!


Do you need change this year?   The kind that improves your health, increases your energy, helps your relationships with others, makes you a better employee and parent!  Have you given up on that kind of change?
